We love Casa Trejo! It's a must stop every time we head out to the desert. The Casa Margarita and carnitas are our regular order because they are both that good. On this trip I decided to also order the business persons lunch special and ordered a chilie rellenos and a beef taco and they were freshly prepared and outstanding! The salsa served with chips are also so fresh, it's hard to say no to seconds. From the hostess to the servers, everyone is so fantastic. Thank you all and we'll see you again soon.
We sat in the bar, ordered appetizers, that were fantastic! Sam was our bartender... she was a-lot of fun! She handled a full bar so efficiently and our margaritas were great! I was very impressed with how she treated a very rude customer who called her a "racist " after she asked her politely to not sit at the service end of the bar. Instead of simply moving to another seat that the bartender offered her, she decided to throw a fit and call her a racist! That lady was extremely rude! It's sad any server would have to put up with that behavior. Good job Casa Trejo... you've trained your employees well. We definitely will be back!
Best chile relleno I have ever had. Spicy and great sauce flavor. The chips and salsa are good. Margaritas very good. Really think it's a good little spot
Tried ANOTHER tasty dish, their chili relleno and a cheese n onion enchilada...perfect meal for me during this Lenten season. Bonus spectacular service by Valerie and Smilin' Sam at the bar was dressed and ready to serve up several tasty libations to help one celebrate St Patrick's Day!!
Food was out of this world amazing'! Not at all what I expected. I had lunch there and was surprised that despite their vegetarian menu being very limited to only 2 dishes, I left very satisfied by authenticity and quality of my meal. I'm confident their other meals were. Judging from how full the restaurant was. I will definitely be back and hope the menu will be bigger.
